If you need to cancel your booking, please use the link in your confirmation email to do this. If your booking is within the next 48 hours, you will no longer be able to use this link. Please reach out to us to cancel. We explained in our cancellation policy, at the time of booking that we do not offer refunds, however as a gesture of goodwill we can reschedule this space for any time over the next 3 months in any of our locations. Please let us know what option you would prefer when getting in contact.
We don’t offer a cancellations list, but if someone does cancel, the slot will become available straight away on our website. We can accept walk-ins, but this is not guaranteed that you will get to play and there could be a wait of up to three hours on site. This wait will also have to be onsite, but you are more than welcome to have food and drinks whilst waiting.
